YVW Work (multiple projects)

I have spent the last three years working at Yarra Valley Water, involved in numerous projects within the customer experience team. The work pictured below is only a small snapshot of the huge variety of work I undertook in my time in CX. Some of the best projects I was involved in are not even pictured here - these include; conducting customer interviews and synthesising the results in order to make recommendations to the business, running workshops to produce over 100 journey maps, and developing a custom accessibility auditing tool.
